Delve into the revolutionary world of secondary zinc oxide production with our cutting-edge rotary kiln volatilization method, where the commanding rotary kiln serves as the heart of the operation. This innovative technique begins with the meticulous mixing of zinc oxide ore with finely powdered coke or smokeless crushed coal in exact ratios. This expertly blended mixture is seamlessly introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln elegantly rotates, these materials are gently moved forward. Enhanced by a precision-controlled forced blast, a high-temperature reaction zone is established within the kiln, reaching a remarkable 1000-1200ºC. This searing environment prompts the carbon reducing agent to effectively reduce zinc metal compounds into metal zinc vapor, which transitions into the gas phase. Upon encountering ambient oxygen, the zinc vapor is transformed into zinc oxide dust. This dust, along with the flue gas, is meticulously captured by our advanced dust collection system, resulting in a high-quality low-grade zinc oxide product. Meanwhile, metals abundant in zinc, such as lead and indium, undergo a transformative reduction and oxidation process, further enriching the final product. Copper and precious metals, including gold and silver, elegantly remain as part of the kiln slag.

This groundbreaking process is supported by an ensemble of sophisticated equipment, forming the backbone of the system. Key components include a powerful Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a state-of-the-art dust collector, a dynamic desulfurization system, a precise batching system, an efficient granulator, and an intricate network of conveying equipment, all working harmoniously to ensure flawless operation at every phase.
