Harnessing the acclaimed rotary kiln volatilization method, this premium production line is meticulously engineered for the secondary creation of zinc oxide. By expertly combining zinc oxide ore with either coke powder or refined smokeless crushed coal, this innovative mixture is adeptly fed into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln rhythmically rotates, the materials advance gradually, engaging in a transformative high-temperature reaction between 1000-1200ºC, all within a forcefully ventilated environment. Here, zinc metal compounds meet the robust reducing capabilities of carbon and CO, evolving into zinc vapor and seamlessly transitioning into the gas phase. The transformation continues as zinc vapor interacts with air oxygen, forming zinc oxide dust. This dust is proficiently captured by our cutting-edge dust collection system alongside the flue gas, yielding a low-grade yet immensely valuable zinc oxide product. In addition, precious metals such as lead and indium are extracted and oxidized, further enriching the product, while metals such as copper, gold, and silver elegantly remain within the kiln slag.

Once merely a 'burden' of steel production, EAF dust ash not only consumed vast land resources but also posed significant environmental hazards.
