This vapor, now in the gas phase, encounters ambient oxygen and undergoes a transformation into zinc oxide dust. This zinc oxide is expertly captured by an advanced dust collection system, accompanied by the flue gas, resulting in the extraction of a low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals enriched with zinc, such as lead and indium, undergo a series of reduction and oxidation processes, contributing to the high-quality final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver elegantly remain within the kiln slag.
