This furnace of transformation enables the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, converting them into metal zinc vapor that seamlessly transitions into the gas phase. Here, the zinc vapor meets with atmospheric oxygen, undergoing a miraculous oxidation into zinc oxide dust, which is deftly captured by our top-tier dust collection system alongside flue gas. This meticulous process yields a low-grade zinc oxide product.
