This perfect blend is gracefully introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln performs its majestic rotation, materials are elegantly moved forward. With the aid of a powerful blast, a high-temperature reaction zone is established, reaching a scorching 1000-1200ºC within the kiln. This intense environment facilitates the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, converting them into metal zinc vapor that enters the gas phase. Upon meeting oxygen from the air, the zinc vapor is oxidized into zinc oxide dust, which is impeccably captured by the dust collection system alongside the flue gas. The culmination of this process is the extraction of a refined low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals abundant in zinc content, such as lead and indium, undergo reduction and oxidation, enriching the final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver remain gracefully within the kiln slag.

The essence of this pioneering process system lies in its remarkable array of equipment: a robust Roots blower, the crucial rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a sophisticated surface air cooler, an efficient dust collector, an advanced desulfurization system, a precise batching system, an innovative granulator, and a network of state-of-the-art conveying equipment, all working in harmony to ensure flawless operation at every stage.
