In the preheat zone, materials benefit from the warming effects of flue gas; in the calcination zone, they undergo calcination through heat generated by fuel combustion; and in the cooling zone, the hot calcined materials release heat to the inflowing cold air, cooling themselves down while providing heated air to support combustion in the calcination zone. This system ensures that each phase of the calcination process is executed smoothly and completely. Embracing cutting-edge technology, it maximizes the use of cost-effective energy sources, including gases that typically degrade the environment-such as converter gas, blast furnace gas, and calcium carbide furnace tail gas-transforming potential waste into valuable energy.
