This formidable heat instigates the reduction of zinc compounds by a carbon reducing agent, metamorphosing them into metal zinc vapor within the gas phase. The outcome is a refined low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, zinc-rich metals like lead and indium undergo reduction and oxidation, enriching the final product, while copper and precious metals such as gold and silver remain in the kiln slag, enhancing its value.

The backbone of this groundbreaking process is an exceptional ensemble of state-of-the-art equipment: a dynamic Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a dust collector, a desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a granulator, and a sophisticated network of conveying equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operation at every phase.
